What is covered under the warranty?
Our warranty covers any issues with your grinder, and we will promptly ship new parts to you and provide remote guidance for repair. If the repair is not possible, we will either refund or replace the grinder.
How long is the warranty valid for?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty.
What is not covered under the warranty?
Issues caused by human error are not covered under our warranty, but we will provide repair guidance.
